Self driving cars are getting closer and closer to our lives.

At the China International Digital Economy Expo, which opened on November 11, the Cangzhou Municipal Government of Hebei Province issued the first batch of 30 test licenses for Intelligent Network United Automobile to Baidu Company. This is the first time that Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region issued an automatic driving test license for Baidu Company to allow manned testing.

Self driving car is a kind of intelligent vehicle which realizes self driving through computer system. It relies on the cooperation of artificial intelligence, visual computing, radar, monitoring devices and global positioning system, so that the computer can operate the motor vehicle automatically and safely without anyone's initiative. After the test is mature, the automatic driving vehicle will play a positive role in improving the intelligent level of road traffic and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the transportation industry.

Before the Expo, Baidu Company and Cangzhou Municipal People's Government had reached a comprehensive cooperation agreement. The two sides will work together to promote artificial intelligence, automatic driving, cloud computing, big data and other technologies, and develop in-depth integration with Cangzhou's economic and social fields to jointly create "intelligent Cangzhou".

Cangzhou will take this pilot test as an opportunity to build an international competitive demonstration area of intelligent network industry, and actively promote the mutual recognition of road test licenses of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei automatic driving vehicles, so as to explore a path for the development of China's intelligent network automobile industry.

自动驾驶汽车离我们的生活越来越近。

在11日开幕的2019中国国际数字经济博览会上，河北沧州市政府向百度公司颁发了智能网联汽车首批30张测试牌照，这是京津冀区域首次向百度公司颁发允许载人测试的自动驾驶测试牌照。

自动驾驶汽车，是一种通过电脑系统实现无人驾驶的智能汽车。它依靠人工智能、视觉计算、雷达、监控装置和全球定位系统协同合作，让电脑可以在没有任何人主动的操作下，自动安全地操作机动车辆。经测试成熟后，自动驾驶汽车对于提升道路交通智能化水平、推动交通运输行业转型升级将产生积极作用。

此次博览会前，百度公司和沧州市人民政府已经达成全面合作协议。双方将联手推进人工智能、自动驾驶、云计算、大数据等技术，并与沧州经济社会多领域开展深度融合，共同打造“智能沧州”。

沧州市以此次自动驾驶载人测试的先行先试为契机，将着力打造具有国际竞争力的智能网联产业示范区，同时积极推动京津冀自动驾驶车辆道路测试牌照互认，为中国智能网联汽车产业发展探索路径。
