Enamel products shall be free of impurities, raw rubber, bubbles, scratches, deformation and depression.

The enameling process is to cover copper or other metals with similar properties on the surface of the prototype layer by layer, and then this layer of metal forms a simple metal mold. PVC paste resin and various plasticizers adjust the soft and hardness to form a latex state, then pour into the metal mold, bake the mold on the fire and rotate it constantly to make it heat evenly, Then take it out to cool it, open the mold and take out the product. Generally speaking, it mainly produces hollow molding products, and because it is made of PVC paste resin, the paste resin is more delicate than ordinary PVC resin. Compared with normal metal molds, this process has the advantages of low cost and convenient manufacture, but the disadvantage is that there is no pressure in the process, and the fluidity of paste PVC is not very good, resulting in the inability to make very fine and complex products.
