The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) has funded solar loan projects in several countries

Solar energy is a kind of renewable energy. Refers to the solar thermal radiation energy, the main performance is often said to be the sun's light. The most widely used solar energy in modern times is to provide energy after solar power generation.

The U.N. environment program is funding a solar loan project that provides low rate loans for solar installations to help buyers cushion initial investment and installation costs. One of the most famous is helping 100000 people install solar energy facilities in India. Thanks to the success in India, similar projects have since been implemented in Tunisia, Morocco, Indonesia and Mexico.

The four countries with the most greenhouse gases are the United States, China, Russia and India. China is using solar photovoltaic power generation on a large scale, and power generation facilities have been all over the mountains, deserts and rural areas.
