When I exercise in the morning,  saw five abandoned puppies, very lovely!  it should be that the owner of the dog is unwilling to keep raising them.

A passer-by picked up a puppy and took it away in a bicycle basket. I also want to take one, but I have no experience in raising a dog, worried about not raising well, so I went home to ask my wife.
